Noelle Camp founded Camp Research & Consulting, LLC in 2022. She holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Texas A&M Bush School of Government and Public Service, where she was named a Robertson Scholar. Additionally, she received a bachelor’s degree in Global Politics from Washington and Lee University and a Certificate in Data Analytics from Cornell University. She is a certified Insider Threat Program Manager from the CERT Division at Carnegie Mellon University and a WINS Certified Nuclear Security Specialized Professional in Radioactive Source Security Management.
Noelle previously served as a Member of the Technical Staff in the Center for Global Security and Cooperation at Sandia National Laboratories, where she facilitated international workshops and conducted research on nuclear energy and counterproliferation topics. As a Nonresident Fellow and the East Asia Lead for Sandia's Cooperative Monitoring Center (CMC), Noelle advances the CMC’s regional strategy by facilitating speakers and engagements that promote science-driven collaboration in the region. Selected as a 2020 Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Project on Nuclear Issues Scholar, Noelle’s research interests include nuclear security and East Asia studies.
